Understanding GBS Flare-ups and Treatment Options

What does a GBS flare-up feel like? Does it make your legs feel really heavy? Is it safe? Do I need to go back to the hospital? I just recently got diagnosed and had 5 sessions of plasmapheresis. Do I need more treatments or do I just need PT?

After 5 years, I have noticed recently my feet hurt a little more than usual and include my ankles. They say there is no cure if it does go away on its own.

You probably do not need to go back to the hospital unless your doctor says so. It sounds like you have had the blood transfusions do which gets it out of your system. Time will tell if you will get completely over the tingling in your hands and feet.
