Tingling Sensations in Hands and Feet

Recently I've noticed that I have transient tingling sensations in my hands and feet. When I get them I feel very tingly and numb in my extremities and when these pass I feel very little. Anyone experience such symptoms and if so what did it turn out to be?

Idk but after a few years I stopped having feeling in my hands. It's starting in my feet too. One doctor mentioned PAD
