Just to get it off my chest. Do you ever have a realization where it kinda hits you but lingers for a while? When I was a kid, I used to punish myself by not eating. I didn’t realize it was a form of self-harm. Fast forward to now I’m a healthy weight but I constantly worry about gaining weight. I have weird eating habits (like eating some paper, like cupcake/muffin wrappers present day, wanted to eat/lick/chewed on a bunch of stuff as a kid, etc.). I personally don’t think I have an eating disorder but I’m worried if I’m getting there sometimes. I don’t know if that makes sense

I'm not a doctor, but maybe you should talk to your doctor about pica. It's a condition where the person has a desire to eat non-food items. Unless it has harmful chemicals on it, paper won't hurt you if you eat it. But it's still probably not a great idea. I would definitely talk to your doctor about what's been going on
