Hello, I am 20 years old and am currently at 305 pounds. Being a college student makes it extremely harder to eat healthy because I am often too exhausted to cook food… How can I eat healthy, moderate my intake without a bunch of food prep and dirty dishes? How can I exercise without the need to get up from my work? Any advice is severely appreciated!

Oh I meant to mention, the new pizzas with cauliflower crust are awesome as well. 🤗
I know in college the microwave is your best friend, so when you go shopping, look into the microwave meals that go more into the healthy line, such as lean cuisine and weight watchers. Read the nutrition facts on the back and try to choose items with more protein and vegetables and less fat and carbs. There are also very tasty steamed vegetable varieties that can be a very good, tasty entrée substitute. One of my ultra favorites is Green Giant Brussel sprouts in butter sauce. As an entrée the extra fat of the sauce is fine because the fiber of the Brussel sprouts counteracts. Cauliflower rice is also a great one. Taking the extra time while shopping to read ingredients and nutrition info can make a huge difference over time. Also drink plenty of water.
