so i’ve gained weight and now i’m the heaviest i’ve ever been in my life, and it is because my boyfriend started making me eat more meals. Like three meals a day and etc, he’s good and doesn’t care how much I weight at all. I just feel really self conscious about it and I have the urge to u know what, almost every day. I’ve resisted doing so for so long to where I might break. Not sure what to do.

      Hi, the fact that your friend forces you to eat 3 meals a day is excellent, the way to a balanced diet is 3 meals a day and 2 more meals in between. I do suggest that you maybe go to a nutritionist to build an orderly and balanced menu that will satisfy all your caloric needs and also make you maintain a balanced weight.

        @Maryn123 it is not great at all. The forcing if food in someone with an eating issue will only cause more stress. And that many meals in a day only works if they are managed properly. Increasing the eating is good. But never forced.
