I constantly starve myself and eat a max of 2 meals a day, any more and I'm very sick. it's been like this for years. recently everyone around me is pointing out that I'm losing weight, I'm a bigger person so I have to lose a lot to notice it. it's been maybe 2 months and I'm down 30 pounds. any idea what's wrong. I like that I'm losing weight and I keep continuing the same patterns to do it. I just want an answer

One of the replies suggests that starving yourself can put your body in starvation mode, causing it to store any food you eat for later use because it's not getting enough nutrients. This could potentially lead to weight loss. However, it's also recommended to see a doctor or dietician as different factors can affect weight, and certain medical conditions or medications can make it harder to lose weight.
