i’ve been really happy recently, and i’ve been genuinely living my best life. well the past couple days i’ve been eating A LOT. it was like everytime i got the chance, i would find something to eat. well, i weighed myself today and the food i was eating had caught up to me. i’m at my all time heaviest weight and idk what to do w myself. someone please give me advice.

Try not to dive back into restriction or negative self-talk, and try to avoid the scale for the meanwhile even though ik how hard it is(I’m learning too;). Majority of weight gain is usually water retention, rarely legitimate weight. Even if it was, your body is happy, the times you were eating you felt good, and that’s all that matters. Hang in there love, you deserve happiness and brighter days <3
