Looking for ways to meet new people

This app is a pretty good start, I haven’t had any luck but I know the communities are really great!! Also in my city there’s lots of outpatient, referal only programs where I was able to meet people in a safe space that wasn’t clinical - basically a social group for the mentally ill lol. I know lots of cities have similar programs, mines run by a local hospital but some are ran by non profits or the city Also just generally going outside of your comfort zone. I struggle socially so going to the outpatient program was a major step but I feel that I’m able to use that to meet friends. Don’t be afraid to make friends or strike up a conversation with peers wether that be at school, work, or elsewhere! Hope that helps 😊
