I struggle with this because most of the time I don’t feel abled or healthy enough to leave the house

If the problem your having with meeting people is the actual meeting part, maybe try a mantra in the morning. Something like “I attract positive things, I am the best I can be.” If the problem is finding people like you, try looking up online or in-person events. Bonus points on if you go to an event based on a hobby. That’s easily something you can bond over.

I wish I had people irl who I could relate to. I've been trying to be more social everywhere I go to help overcome my fear of social anxiety & hopefully meet some new friends similar to me along the way. Almost everyone I meet alone is sososo far away 😥
