      @Sarahjean I know ppl are saying to just find friends to talk to and do things sith, but sometimes the ppl around u can be toxic as hell so reaching out to strangers like us can help. But that's all I have so far. Besides my therapist.

      Working from home, I had to get creative. I start volunteering, I love going on walks, going to walk around the mall, etc. During the day, podcasts/music/tv playing helps. Daily phone calls/FaceTime calls help.

      Loneliness is difficult. I try and connect with friends/family, get involved in an activity, class, group, church or even just get out in public.

          @Sarahjean yeah that’s the hardest I am like the only single women in the group of my friends and is hard to sometimes have them available
