Tips for Remembering to Take Medication

I've heard that if you have cats you can give them a treat at the same time you take your med, they won't let your forget. I dont have consistent schedules so I take my meds with me everywhere. I take them when I wake up and set a backup alarm for an hour after the usual time so I at least don't skip it. And always log when I take it so I dont have to think about it
