i feed my cat at the same time im supposed to take my medicine every day and i make it a rule that i cant feed her until ive taken it so she ends up screaming at me until ive taken it and fed her.

My friend puts hers in a tiny gumball machine and it has a timer on it that she bluetoothed to her phone when she has to take them. When she is out and about, she has a keychain capsule that looks like a shaker! It's cute and helps her remember she has them and has to take them

Well it depends on when you take it...if it's a daily nighttime med, put it on your bedside table or by something you do before bed everyday..like toothbrush or your phone charger or something similar. Same with daytime meds. If it something you take multiple times a day then there are med reminder apps or even habit tracking apps you can use too....and what @ribbit said should work too...I've never used it...but I've heard it's pretty good. I'm always on my phone so I use the apps.

Timer caps. And setting them right where i eat breakfast and dinner everyday so i have to see them. Packing a day or twos worth of backups in my bookbag incase i forget.
