Could also be vocal cord dysfunction. Something like 70% of people with VCD also have asthma. It gives me a choking feeling and intense vocal hoarseness when it’s acting up, but there are breathing exercises that can essentially cure it!!

No, it’s allergies!!!! You have to see an allergist & do a thorough check on what you’re allergic to, pollen, dust, pets, etc. Once you treat your allergy, you should feel better. If you can get an air purifier with allergy filters, it’ll help you as well. Always change your bedding and based on what you’re allergic to, perhaps get a bedding covers that are allergy friendly.
