I just got a thyroidectomy the other day and oh my goodness I can actually breathe again. It’s been super overwhelming since I realize how much it effected my day to day life. And I’m so tired now. Communicating with the doctors was hard because I couldn’t wear my hearing aid due to the cyst removal above my ear, and then when I didn’t know what was happening, my anxiety would sky rocket and I’d be shivering (I guess shivering is my body’s most extreme response to anxiety). And then I haven’t had a Inflectra treatment in about a week, and my stomach health relies greatly on that. Healing will take some time but I don’t know when I should share my pain is too much because oxycodone just made me throw up and coming off the anesthesia was rough. I’m just on ibuprofen, Tylenol, and CBD. Maybe I’m just tired of all the doctor stuff, trying random meds, and me not feeling 100%. I haven’t felt 100% in so long.
