I feel so worn down. I'm 2 days out from Botox. This month has been torture with monsoonal rains. The pressure changes are terrible, but luckily I was recommended special ear plugs from my neurologist. Yesterday I had a tumor removed from inside my back. My GP sent it in for biopsy. I've been dealing with pain from chronic migraine that all I needed was a little shot of lidocaine and my doctor started digging in with the scalpel. I feel so worn down today. The sleep disorder and complexity of this are over whelming at times. My doctor's have me carry a list of my medications I'm on at all times in case I am found unconscious. I just turned 33 and found out it's highly possible I am on the autistic spectrum as well. I was recently diagnosed with a cognitive communication disorder. I'm over 5 years out from my last TBI. My body feels overwhelmed.
