Finally took the first step & set up an in take appointment with a psychologist. I hate that I have to do an intake appointment over the phone before I can start therapy but i understand why. I’m so proud of me. 🙌🏽🙌🏽❤️ But why am I sooo nervous, I know my conditions have made me have anxiety & depression and I know I need to talk with someone..
