I’m scared of starting therapy but I feel like I need to. I’ve always had anxiety but within the past year I feel like it’s gotten 10 times worse than it’s ever been and I’m starting to think I might be depressed. I know I need help but I’m also really nervous about seeing someone. I’ve already found someone and made the appointment but then I canceled at the last minute. Has anyone felt this scared before? If you’ve felt this way before, how did you get over it?

      My heart was pounding like a Jack hammer my first appt (wasn't that long ago 😅) but I felt a million times better after and I'm really just excited looking forward to a potential future without the mental block and unneeded stress that anxiety puts on you. I'd say give it a go!!
