I need someone to talk to. I contacted my doctor about possible depression but to diagnose me I need to make an actual appointment. I'm not comfortable talking about it in person but I need this appointment. I also need to call a therapist for my possible eating disorder. My anxiety is just to high to do anything.

      Hey you can always try to see if maybe you can find a therapist who can do video sessions! I've done multiple with therapists and I liked it better

      You gotta just do it. Have someone go with you if you can. It'll only be scary at first because it's a new experience, once you get into a routine with it it won't be scary or anxiety-inducing at all (and it might even become something you look forward too!)
