Swollen Throat and Excessive Salivation: What's Going On?

If left throat is swollen should I take Tylenol? Is that why I’m getting excessive salivation, because I think it’s swollen in that area causing me to gag/ hard time swallowing? What is causing the wheezing then? Is it throat congestion? Acid or mucus or swollen throat that I’m experiencing. I know it’s not sore from vommiting bc I felt this sensation before I was vomiting. The sensation is what caused me to vommit. I asked doctors and everyone is unsure what I have and why my throat feels like it’s making me gag!!!! Someone help ease my stress plz:) if you’ve experienced any of the above!

Hey, I think that an endoscopic examination would be the best. Your doctor needs to see what’s going on inside. Maybe you can start by asking for a gastroscopy

Thank u. I went yesterday to see a throat specialist, and she didn’t find anything : cancer or extra tissues . Yeah I think endoscopy is best. Is that the same as a gastroscopy?
