Hey everyone, I have chondromalacia patella in both knees and am familiar with what the pain of that feels like. However today at work I was walking up some stairs and my left knee felt really strange all of a sudden. It's sore now and hard to bend and it's really painful to use the stairs now. It's a different type of pain to what I'm used to and feels more across the top of the kneecap and quite a sharp pain if that makes sense. Just wanted to see if anyone would know if this is to do with the chondromalacia patella?
