Okay, so I've been having knee pain for years to the point it's painful to walk sometimes, or I literally can't walk without my knees (usually one, but it can switch to the other one) swelling up to the size of a large softball. This pain can and has extended to many joints; I've fallen to the ground and been unable to move for short periods of time. Im not sure anyone would believe me because of my younger age.

I'm sorry you've had to deal with this. I have sever knee pain too which leaves my using crutches and suffering with bouts of extreme pain that can leave me collapsing and sitting on the floor crying for hours. I've been dismissed because of my age too, but luckily I'm back with pyshio and will hopefully be put in contact with an orthapeadic consultant who will do an MRI. it is worth persevering despite what they might say about your age. You know your pain better than they do, so speak to doctors or specialists to find some kind of treatment
