I currently have this I still consider a self diagnosis as correct. My papers recently got sent off for the diagnosis so just a case of finding out what they think

I believe I have undiagnosed ADHD and possible ASD. Something that helped me is DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). Another approach is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). You can work through it yourself, but in my experience, it helps to do a class on it with a professional. I have had a psychologist comfirm I have undiagnosed ASD but I have also been told I had more adhd traits than expected for the usual overlap so more then likely have both.

@hello.its.me hiya, I'm in a place where I feel completely stuck procrastinating all the time and unable to change things. I'm constantly overwhelmed, my house is a devastating mess, I can't organise anything. Have never had a healthy relationship, can't hold down a job, have no friends, couldn't stick with education - tried 5 times, shocking with money, zero self esteem. I have been put on a waiting list for assessment but the wait is around 4 years!! I need to figure out how to help myself in the meantime. Do you have any tips? I could really use a good and free app to try to get my head around organising myself
