Hey y’all. I’m not diagnosed with ASD but I’ve been researching it and ADHD a lot and I’m trying to learn more because I think I have one or both so I’m trying to get a clearer idea from people who are actually autistic instead of someone writing about autistic people

That's a great idea Jam567! I'm diagnosed ADHD and have had everyone say "wait you HAVENT been diagnosed ASD?" then proceed to not diagnose me. My current therapist is not legally allowed to diagnose me but she's told me enough if you get me. Do your research, find ASD creators on YouTube, Instagram, etc. That helped me a lot
