I have never been the best at time management. Now I always struggle to make it anywhere on time. Does anyone else? Have you found anything that helps with this?

I never used to be late to anything. I was always atleast 10min early. For the past 8yrs or so though, I struggle to make it within the time I should be there, to up to an hour late even. I procrastinate (probably due to my anxiety of leaving the house) and then I get myself all worked up, even battle physical sickness due to my own lack of taking control of the situation. It's horrible and it's so exhausting.

I have been going to work at 7am but I can’t get there until 8am now. It is hard to get around in the morning. I have numb feelings in my feet and legs. Are you having pain?
