Not sure where this belongs. But I am wondering about peoples experiences with these particular conditions. Been having an extremely terrible flare of my PTSD, coming borderline manic, barely sleep despite plenty of sleep meds. No recreational drugs or alcohol. But ha e recently been taking A LOT AOD clonazepam. A lot. I've missed appta and work.a d I feel like I mosses therapy. I’m also I'm not sure I did as a have very vague memories id eating McDonald's with her in her office and her eating my fries. I think that is. I THINK that is real. Imma text her tmro.but I'm behind on my progress bc I literally just can't function. I want to be at work. A d can get SOME work done, but not much that requires actual brain work. Between the extreme panic attacks/flashing flashbacks, oveeheml, overestimation. I have embarrassed myself at work, only with one coworker I'm close to, but still too many!) I don't know what to do. How to deal with the anxiety? And the PTSD attacks. While also being bat sh bipolar. N S va ince I've been “my -fatality overdoing/overdoing it” mom is wants to stay at my bkhsr.. Said they could make a absolutely anything bgfer. Just her yelling at me to anything in bad ,given you? Hdjife

This. ^^^ I understand the concern about overdoing it. The delusions about if something really happened or not sounds a bit like psychosis, not sure if you're having any other symptoms or not, as that's what I'm experiencing at the moment as well. I agree with Annie24, as that's my plan to do in July. I really hope you get the help you need.

@Brigit you are 100% right haha. I was extremely manic, mixed bipolar episode with some psychosis. And PTSD that was lighting my brain on fire ! I got worse before I got better, that’s for sure. Got taken down a notch from mania and then shot into depression quickly. A week of drugs, alcohol, squares and SH. And now I’m myself again! What a relief! Thank you for responding! (I know this was from a month ago, but I just resurfaced!

@E_belli I'm self medicating with hemp all the time. Highly recommend if you aren't getting drug tested. I don't drink that much, but I am heavily addicted to vaping.
When this happened to me, I went to the psych ward and got my meds adjusted, plus more therapy
@Annie24 thank you for responding. Yes yes me toooo. The hospital is where I went shortly after this post. Haha. Clearly I was losing my mind. Inpatient and partial hospital day program and I’m back in the game!
