I just found out I'm bipolar on top of my anxiety and depression. I started meds for the bipolar disorder and started getting a horrible rash and felt really sick. I just went to the ER for it a couple weeks ago.

I had issues with mood stabilizers too, but my bipolar is severe enough that they put me on Vraylar, an antipsychotic, and it works GREAT! However i also have bipolar psychosis and autism so mixed episodes of psychosis & autistic meltdowns which sucks but my meds keep it mostly at bay! I love my Vraylar lol

I’m glad you’ve found a medication that works for you I wish I could give people more advice on dealing with our issues but medication is valid and I’m glad to be in a place where there’s no shame but appreciation without my adhd anxiety meds I’d be a wreck glad I can be present and listen to my partner and clean my home :) it’s the simple things 🧿✨
