i have been struggling a lot more lately with my ptsd, i have been getting nightmares and flashbacks. i have also been hallucinating from the ptsd. the meds im on helps a bit but i feel like my ptsd is getting worse everyday. it got to the point i started seeing my own husband as my step father who abused me as a child from the hallucinations

      @pfunkie i hav meds, im sleeping fine, struggling on keeping food in house and the house we live in brings flashbacks. we cant afford to move out

      I'm so sorry your going through that. If you don't mind me asking (you absolutely do not have to answer) do you know anything that might have triggered it? Are you sleeping and eating enough? Do you have therapy for medications that you take? As someone who's PTSD has gotten worse I completely understand what your coming from. My therapist recommended I should go get EMDR therapy to learn how to compartmentalize my trauma. Maybe that's something you could look into as well? I hope your doing ok and just remember that no matter what you are more than the things that have happened to you.
