My PMDD has been trying its absolute best to bring me down. Today is THE DAY it is really making it difficult to want to exist. How do you all get through days like this?? I’ve got to figure out how to get days like this off *and* keep my job! 😣

I have no idea. I felt less emotionally stable than a toddler who skipped their naps yesterday. Today is only a tiny bit better. My tolerance is just gone. I tried medication but it's not working as well as I hoped. I stopped taking it and was trying to take it only during the luteal phase of my cycle but then whenever I start it again, I feel weird

Pmdd days on top of other mental health conditions means you just need to apply some self care . 🧖🏻‍♀️

@Nat123 that is funny and dismissive.

It must be going around. If I weren't medicated I would have absolutely had a PMDD induced emotional breakdown today, it sucks
