Feeling Hopeless and Depressed: Dealing with PMDD

PMDD depression is horrible. Since it comes and goes in waves and before I knew I had it. I would convince myself I didn't actually have depression. It was a ruthless cycle until I came across PMDD. Which I now believe should be taught to all people with uteruses. If you're able try to go to the doctor. Once I've gotten my meds. I don't have the extreme depression I had. It's a lot better.

I'm so sorry. I go through the same things and I have to say I'm lucky enough to have someone to cry it out too. Usually after I cry and go on about my feelings I just kind of tire out and it's gone from my system. Hang in there...you are definitely not alone.

I feel like that a lot. Just today actually i had a panic attack because I couldn't find something I was looking for... Remember, once you're able to pull yourself out of it to treat yourself! It's really tough but being kind to yourself is one of the best ways I try to deal with the emotions
