I have ocd and severe nightmares. I want to get tested for underlying adhd. My ocd consumes my ENTIRE day and is severe. I can't drive or work. BUT I have God, a beautiful family, and so much hope. That being said, I'm frustrated. My ocd is not the cleaning type. Its a chaotic mess. I messed up my medications again last night. I tried to "clean house" by destroying my hundreds of lists but they've slowly crept back in. My husband says not to "allow" that to happen and I felt the distance between us grow. I feel defeated! Hes a good, sweet man, but he doesn't understand and I feel so alone.
