YES. I try where I can to lower my expectations for myself so I allow myself to have an easier time meeting them or exceeding them. And planning to work on things way before when I need to so that when inevitably my plan falls to pieces I don’t end up in a crazy time crunch. Like for example maybe something is due Monday. I’ll make a plan to at least start it by Saturday morning (even if I know I have plenty of time on Sunday to get it done). And then if I even barely start it that’s great. If not no big deal I have time! Easier said than done but sometimes it helps
