      Hey! I have both of your diagnosis as well. There is hope! I was drowning in the grief of never being able to be better again. But slowly it happened. I chose to put healing first and a lot of great things have happened since. I don’t know if you wanted any recommendations for things that have helped me a lot. But good luck on your journey.
