Does it get better ?

Something I've heard before. If you feel like you're at the bottom, the only way is up. Take it one day at a time. One step at a time. Baby steps, face one thing at a time. When I find myself feeling this way, I often times think of a younger version of myself. It's easy to feel badly about ourselves and what is going on around us. When I think of my younger self I think of all I came out of and I believe I can do better then I had been. It can be difficult for sure. Taking one step at a time makes it much easier than trying to figure it all out at once.
Things can only ever get better. Be patient with yourself and don't force yourself on anything. You'll be fine. :)
Absolutely. When I was first diagnosed I felt like there was nothing to live for, I felt hopeless. I thought I would never see my 18th birthday. But here I am, almost 20 and attending college and enjoying so many great things life has to offer. I have 2 nieces and 1 nephew and I am grateful every day that I lived to see them because they are the greatest blessings in my life. I got help and it got so much better.
