I’m not sure what I need rn but I need help like coping mechanisms or something to make me happy. I’ve been struggling with my mental health really bad in recent months. With everything going on and the fact that my car has stopped working I feel like theirs no reason anymore I can’t afford to fix my car but without it I can’t afford rent I’m so scared

Having a car is only a convenience, if you cannot afford it then you become a slave prisoner of your possessions, working only to keep the things you believe you need. I suggest you find an alternative that will give you your freedom back, even if it requires finding another job close to home, or get a bicycle. I live in Miami and ride 3.5 miles to and from work daily, and love it. It is great exercise and costs nearly nothing but the upkeep.
