Struggling with Medication Side Effects: Need Advice

I've been on Bromocriptine since October of 23. I feel awful all the time and my OBGYNs office feels so incapable of managing anything. they had some insane idea I'd drop from 81 to 19 in the first month of treatment and in response to that not happening they doubled my dose which has made just existing incredibly difficult. the NP I've been dealing with wants to up my dose again but can't even communicate the doses correctly to me and I can't handle side effects getting even worse when the blood results haven't shown much improvement with the higher dose. I felt better when I wasn't being treated for the prolactinoma on top of everything else and I'm just over it. I've had migraines since i was a teen and the meds have ratcheted them back into the worst I've had in years along with the incessant nausea I can't cope with very well, feels pointless.
