I feel like my answers to the depression and anxiety section of my psychiatrist bi weekly questions are the reason she keeps upping my dosage of lexapro, but half the reason my answers are negative are because of the side effects (more tired than usual, appetite change, less motivation). and her response is to go up another notch. now I'm too tired to do anything and have a constant dull headache. im wondering if I go down to where my "sweet spot" was two dosages ago, the side effects will go down.. I didn't have them before.
