I was raped i now how you feel if you need anything im right here
You can’t 100% ever get back to “normal”, but you can take it slow and learn to care for yourself, it wasn’t your fault friend, and thats the hard part, wondering if you could’ve done better to prevent it or not. Please don’t feel ashamed in yourself for something you didn’t mean for happening, it wasn’t your fault, you didn’t do anything wrong. Right now, you deserve love, care, and compassion, from others and from yourself. Try to take a few moments each day to practice that, and just know, I may be a random stranger on the internet, but I’m proud of you for reaching out, and I’ll be proud of you for however hard you try.

"Detaching from the social stigma is the most important thing with healing in this diagnosis. Acceptance is next.. if you are struggling it gets better with time. Joining a bipolar support group can help. Just realize that you have to stay on your meds, and ask someone you trust to keep an eye out for you and let you know when you're acting different. Don't close yourself off from finding someone. Some will accept and some won't."
