Struggling to Live with My Diagnosis

I’ve been diagnosed for 6 months and I’m just still really struggling with learning how to live with this. I feel like I lost myself overnight and haven’t been the same since. My depression has gotten very dangerous a few times. I don’t know how or if I can do this. Weekly I hear jokes about this disease. I’ve lost the love of my life (reasons unrelated), and my depression has withdrawn and changed me so much, I have no family or friend support. Everyday I take minute by minute to survive.

It will get better . When you do have the outbreaks just keep it clean and dry. Wearing cotton underwear helps And a pharmacist told me that Lana cane Can help with the itching

I'm sorry to hear that you don't have someone to talk to Or support. It's always good to talk to your counselor . I've had herpes for 30 some years years and for a while they had win away Hey but recently they've flared backup in full force.
