Struggling with Health and Motivation

I'm at the hospital right now, i feel like crao today. since feb I've been eating healthy and working out and stuff, but these past two weeks I stopped (one reason is because my back was hurting and I couldn't do much so I was taking a break) but now o just don't even feel like working out I quit my job so I can't buy the healthy foods I need so I've been eating not so bad but not how I was eating. and apart of me just gives up I'm not getting better. ummmmm what else, what else is the matter.... I'm hungry and thirsty all the but I'm also not hungry or thirsty which is weird so I haven't been eating like that... idk it's like a mix of crap I wanna eat but I'm bit getting full but I'm not even hungry so WEIRDDD
