Based on the experiences shared by others, it's recommended to start slowly with exercise and not push yourself further than needed. Set a heart rate goal and don't pass it. Monitor how your body reacts and adjust accordingly. Low-impact exercises like short walks, stretching, or small exercises while lying down like leg lifts or arm circles can be beneficial. Some have found Pilates, recumbent bike, and aquatic therapy helpful as these are low impact and can be done at your own pace.
