I don’t feel anything, i don’t feel like a person, i’ve talked to my therapist and she asks me how i feel, and i always answer with i don’t feel nothing, because i don’t, it’s really hard to explain

This sounds similar to disassociation, I received help for this in the past and it is difficult when it is an all the time feeling. Some things that helped me was the 5 things you can see, touch, hear, smell, taste. Sometimes when it is really bad for me I have to sit comfortably and do this exercise. When you are feeling this way try to journal how you feel in that moment exactly however messy it may be and then you can use that in your next therapy session.

It might be less that you don't feel anything at all, and more that you don't have the words to express the nothing that you *do* feel, which makes it harder to explain. Like, is it a gaping chasm in the earth kind of nothing? Is it an empty and hollow feeling kind of nothing? Is it a sad neutrality kind of nothing? Or a true, emotionless blank neutrality kind of nothing? The word can mean a lot of different things to different people, so it's just trying to find the right contexts to describe what it means for you to others that is really hard. I hope you can find the words (or music, or general sounds, or art or pictures, whatever medium makes the most sense and feels like it describes your nothingness the best) soon.

@WallyWasTaken2 thanks a lot for the advice, but yeah it’s like a hallow nothing, i feel like the body i’m in is there, but i’m like simply not there, i just lack emotion or empathy

That is ok if it is hard to explain to me
