Emotional Numbness with Depression

Apathy hurts worse than depression in my opinion. When you’re so hurt you feel nothing and lie there empty and alone 😅

Yeah I feel numb and like I’m just floating through time. But other times I feel everything and have a million thoughts in my head weighing down on me.

Yeah. Kinda spacey/empty feeling for me. Also, sometimes my arms and legs feel super heavy.
