all I had was an ensure and cereal and I feel like I'm gonna throw up... I hate this. I wish I could just eat normally...

      This was me yesterday literally me. Ensure and some cereal. I'm proud of us for trying and I'm so very sorry you're struggling, too.

          @stormithegay I get that, it's incredibly hard without a support system. I was only able to start eating with the help of others. I wish I had advice. All I can say is it's not your fault. It's different for everyone, for some people eating is easy and they will never get it. Personally eating is incredibly hard. I'm pregnant right now and even though I know I need to eat more I still struggle with it.
