Struggling with Eating Again

does anyone feel like they are taking steps backwards, after coming so far of getting better. I better struggling to eat anything, but they past few months thanks to my bf and his family I can now eat. sadly the past few days after one bite its like I can't eat anymore without feeling sick. I been struggling with eating since I was little but now I'm an adult that can go days without eating. I just feel like I came so far to just be falling back to square one. I tried eating my comfort food but still get that sick feeling. I tried so much things to eat but it doesn't work unless I drink something right after each bite. I just want to be able to eat without feeling sick.
