Hi first time using this app! I’ve been a little more blue than my peers for as long as I can remember. I’ve always been the very serious type. Very hard worker, and normally this hard work pays off. In college when my hard work stopped paying off as directly, I think this started a snowball effect of not being motivated to try hard and I’ve been trying to dig myself out of this pit for about 5 years. Does anyone here have experience or advice for motivating yourself through a difficult time when direction and a goal is hard to articulate? How do you function when going through a flare up of depression?
