Struggling with Depression During COVID-19

I felt insanely down during COVID, like out of my mind. I had heard a few other people experienced the same thing and then one day it just lifted. The deep depression lifted for me as well. If you're like me, it comforted me to know someone else had experienced it from COVID as well and to know it can just suddenly lift. Hang in there and reach out if you need to talk!

I've dodged covid so far (knock on wood), but when I get sick I am COMPLETELY useless.
