Struggling with Depression

I get that. And there are days I think that I'm not good enough here. But then I think about my family, my kids especially. I don't want them growing up without a mother. You are good enough. Look at the bright side of life. You are free to walk around and enjoy nature.

I completely understand that!! I still have my two favorite stuffed animals I had as a child. They mean even more to me since my Dad passed away. He gave them to me. 🙏I hope you get it back!

Felt. Try to be as gentle and understanding of yourself as possible on those days and if other ppl don’t find your mental being or depressed as a good “excuse” then they r ablest- it is a disability and you deserve accommodations for it when available.
