Feeling Down and Stressed Lately

I understand that. I feel like I'm missing the thing I find comfort in.

Me too I lost something that has super high sentimental value at a airport as funny as it may seem it was my childhood teddy bear I still slept with because it helped me sleep still and in a weird way was kinda like a best friend to me I had this bear sense I was born so losing that bear was devastating to me I suffer from moderate to high depression as diagnosed by my therapist so loosing her has made me feel worse depression

Damn.....
