    Hey, I am so sorry you qre going through this. This is me literally at 12:45am trying to force myself to go to bed, but the depression and anxiety is just so bad... i know it's hard, but you don't have to be alone(as clichet and Halmark Movie-ish as that sounded).     There's days I'll sit for hours doing nothing due to how low my energy is. My daughter's smile is the only reason I'm still alive
