Struggling with Depression and OCD, Need Support

Hi everyone I an new hear, I suffer OCD Cptsd and serve Depression, fir the past 6 months I have been suffering badly with my depression for the past 6 months and I finally told my doctor 2 weeks ago so he increased my medication. but it has only worked alittle bit. as it's all been based on missing my family eg children and my husband for which I have been separated my husband for 7 years, so last night I finally told him how I am feeling, he seemed confused so I explained further and all though it brought me releif from my depression I am now worried something bad will come of it, and am frightened with worry, I feel strange like I'm about to be hit by a road train. :( if it's not one thing it's another trying to draw me down
